Today’s weather was beautiful! Breakfast with my dorm mate, Jerry from Los Angeles, and then I’m off to repair my gear cable in the one and only bicycle shop in Albany. I was prepared to leave my trike there and collect it later but the repair was done in only 15 minutes, excellent service! Since it was still early, I took the opportunity to ride the bikeway up to Emu Point passing the famous Middleton Beach along the way.<\/p>\n

Jerry said this is the deepest sink he's ever seen. I totally agree!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Albany Entertainment Centre, or how Sydney Opera House looks like when you remove all the curves<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Such a beautiful day at Albany!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A pelican can sometimes look small, like in this photo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Somewhere at the end of the Princess Royal Drive I found a bikeway!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"
A very nice bikeway that took me to many beautiful sceneries such as this one. Oh, what is that building over there? A ruin eh?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"
Point King Lighthouse, built in 1858 and operated until 1911<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"
For a period of time, one of the lightkeepers lived here with his wife and their 10 children!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"
Life must be extremely hard for these families<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"
Looking from one room to the other, can't imagine how a family of 12 can possibly fit in here<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"
